Schedule:

The retreat begins Friday, May 29. Special Buddha's Birthday schedule:

9:30 to 11 am - Teachings with Lama Sonam Rinpoche

11 am to 12 pm - Ngondro and Riwo Sangchöd

3 to 5:30 pm - Buddha Puja and Tsok.

Here is the daily schedule for May 30 to June 7:

9:30 to 11 am - Teachings with Lama Sonam Rinpoche

11 am to 1 pm - Ngondro and Sadhana practice

3 to 5:30 pm - Riwo Sangchöd, Dharma Protectors, Sadhana and Tsok.

Lama Sonam Rinpoche and our staff have prepared an online, read-only digital text especially for this retreat. Please click this link to access the text. Be sure to refresh the link each day in case of periodic updates. This text will not be available for purchase, but will allow participants to follow the practice in real time with easy page turning.

Offerings:

If you would like, you are most welcome to make offerings for daily tsok, butter lamps, Riwo Sangchö, preparation of the digital texts, or for general support of Pema Osel Ling.

Oral Transmission (Lung):

Lama Sonam Rinpoche will be giving the oral transmission (lung) for both the Khandro Norlha and the Tsokye Tuktik (Lake Born Vajra) sadhanas the first or second day and probably again on the last day. Rinpoche asks that everyone please stream the lung in real time, and not plan to receive its blessings from the recordings.
