Lungs:

The lungs January 8 will begin at 4 pm (Pacific Standard Time), and go until approximately 6 pm. Please connecdt using the 2 pm afternoon teaching link.

(1) Lama Sonam Rinpoche may also give the lung tomorrow for the Chetsun Nyingtik. We do not have the digital text to share with you, although there is a restricted text and commentary available from Light of Berotsana.

Rinpoche says there is no commitment (samaya), and the lungs can be taken just for their blessings, or in preparation for practice in the future.
